Shipping

Since Printful handles all shipping we have included their shipping info:

“We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.”

“97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.”

Apparel Fit:

To ensure the best fit for you, be sure to refer to the Size Chart for the specific garment you are looking to purchase. See Refund and Return policies below.  

 

Shrinkage and Care:

Most of our apparel is 100% cotton which means you may experience ½ to 1 full size of shrinkage. Wash apparel in cold water and with like colors and dry on low to medium heat to minimize shrinkage. Washing your apparel inside out will help extend the life of your design.

 

Refund Policy:

Since we use Printful (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311) for fulfillment and shipping we follow their return policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Contact our customer service at support@softballsoul.com and make sure to include your order number found on the packing slip.

Other Reasons for Returns:

Exchange - We currently do not accept exchanges. Please follow the steps for a one time only refund by contacting support@softballsoul.com and then simply place a new order. Be sure to check the Size Chart provided under each product description as well as the navigation bar on front page of the shop.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Unsatisfied with Product - Because all products are print on demand and handled by Printful and not us, we will honor a one time refund for the product for this reason.  Contact support@softballsoul.com
